• Smooth and flatten pages.
• Fan paper before loading.
• Ensure paper is stacked properly.
• Avoid paper with large folds, crumples, or curl. Or, use flatbed.
• Pre-sort documents by document size.
• Pre-sort documents by ID or information content.
