A2iA DocumentReader"
A2iA DocumentReader makes it possible to capture information contained within handwritten letters and loosely structured fields in forms to feed information to workflow systems, content management, business intelligence, knowledge management and enterprise management applications.
For example, with A2iA DocumentReader, incoming mail sorting systems will now be capable of performing high-speed interpretations of incoming, handwritten customer letters. Based on the content, it can enable the letter and extracted data to be routed to the appropriate person or department. Forms-processing applications that integrate A2iA DocumentReader will allow market researches to scan through hundreds of thousands of handwritten comment fields in customer survey forms to pinpoint customer reaction to new products or services.
